This place was amazing!! I got the banh canh tom cua and it was packed with crab. The broth was thick and goopy and perfect for any weather. They give you fresh veggies and lime to put in your bowl and that made it perfect. I also got banh beo chen. It was also amazing and delicious. The batter tasted fresh like they JUST steamed it. I would definitely come again maybe to try the bun bo hue next time!!

Visited this restaurant on a Saturday 1:30 PM and put my name on the wait list. It was well worth the wait for the variety of well prepared Vietnam dishes. I ordered Bun Hen with noodle. It was a delicious bowl of greens with tiny clams with a pungent sauce. The greens in the bowl were fresh and crisp. The small bowl of clear broth that came with the order was also a good taste (ginger & maybe lemongrass). Not to miss before you leave is the indoor rock-lined pond filled with large colorful koi.

This establishment has become my go-to for a weekly lunch stop, and it never disappoints. The Bun Bo Hue here is a must-try, offering a genuine taste of authentic Hue cuisine that stands out in a sea of fusion attempts. Unlike other places where Vietnamese dishes are adapted with a different cultural twist, this restaurant stays true to its roots, delivering an authentic culinary experience. The ambiance is perfect for a family outing, making it an ideal spot to enjoy traditional Hue food together. For those seeking a real taste of Vietnam, this place is a gem.

Best BBH in the lands. This family owned restaurant is a no frills quick and easy food spot. The food is very good and there are really great options if you want to explore Vietnamese cuisine from Hue.

This place serves really good and authentic Vietnamese food! I ordered a Bun Thit Nuong which consists of vermicelli, picked radish and carrots, peanuts, grilled pork, spring onion, and is topped with fish sauce. This dish is very refreshing and gives a burst of flavor. However, I tried the infamous Bun Bo Hue Vy Da Dac Biet a while ago and definitely prefer it. It has a rich and not too spicy broth that I'm sure many will love. I also ordered Banh Beo Chen Vy Da as a side and the texture was delicate and super soft. The pork rinds were a delicious addition and added a crunch. Another thing I love about this place is their portions. The dish is served in a big bowl and you will definitely walk out full and satisfied.

Bun Bo hue is definitely good! I had to satisfy my cravings for Bun Rieu which hits 5/5 Soup comes in a metal bowl which is served really piping hot. Enough flavor in the soup which doesn't require any shrimp paste sauce. You get a lot of protein in the bowl which consists of 11-12 snails, 3-4 pieces of fried tofu. I giant blood cube, fish paste ball, and some minced crab. Place was half full at 11:30. Became full when I left . That's when you know this place is bussin.. 16 was the total w/iced tea without tip included.

Came here since I was craving Banh Beo and this place was SO GOOD. I asked one of my native Vietnamese friends for a good place and he said this place is one of his favorite Viet spots. It is a very casual restaurant but played jazz music which I really enjoyed. Bun Rieu (9/10): Super flavorful and stinky but in the best way possible. Highly recommend ordering if you love tomato base and crab. The crab paste on the side along with the vegetables made this dish super fresh and flavorful at the same time. Banh Beo (10/10): The rice base with the crispy shrimp and shallots on top made up the perfect ratio. I also really loved the crispy chicharron on the side which added a lot of new textures to the dish.

Solid spot for OG Viet food. Came here for an afternoon snack. The banh beo has plenty of toppings and the fish sauce adds a nice umami flavor that gets you craving for more. The pork rinds are a nice crunch to all this. I also had the vietnamese coffee with milk. Not a huge cup but very legit and strong. Surprisingly did not give me the jitters in a good way. Relatively clean bathrooms with ample space. Yes, the parking lot isn't really that great because it seems very busy and spots can be tight, but hey it's free ‍
